I see absolutely nothing wrong with it! ... It hard to see things wrong with Normal monsters though.

You can bump up his attack to about 2800 or so, as a normal monster needing two tributes is going to need quite a payoff.

Edit: For 7 Stars thats about right for the Attack and Defense of this card.
