Character Personality: Another hard working individual that, unlike Aeria, puts her work as priority one. Everything comes after. She can be downright cruel when it comes to disciplining students, and just being an all around stick-in-the-mud about everything else. Many people conclude that it's because that Chloe has been single for just about forever, and not once has anyone bothered to ask her out. Due to this, she's given up on her love life and has already steeled her personality to 'hang in there' for the rest of her work life.

Biography: Chloe grew up with one thing in her mind: living comfortably. Her dreams entailed finding a good man, settling down with a family of 4, and then, well, yeah. However, she was not prepared for the fact that she would never be approached by a man in her entire 33 years of living on the planet, and as a result, her dreams were practically shattered.
Realizing that she would have to do everything by herself for a while (Maybe forever), she decided to set out to find a good job after going to college for a doctor's degree in teaching. One could imagine her surprise when Duel Academy itself sought her out and requested her services as a starting teacher.
Since she has joined Duel Academy, she did her job so well and followed close enough by the book that Chancellor Aeria upped her status to Vice-Chancellor.
