Neb studied his hand. Not good. The field wasn’t looking much better. No cards in his hand. It was all coming down to the end here. He had 1600 Life Points left his opponent had 1000. Although he had the advantage. If only barely. On his field he had Neo Space and Elemental Hero Grand Neos on his field with Instant Neo Space equipped for good measure. It was his move. “I Synchro Summon Ally of Justice Catastor. Then I normal summon Reborn Tengu. Now Ally of Justice Attack.” He said. Even though it was weaker it’s effect made up for that. The one that allowed it to destroy a non Dark Monsters without a fight. Neb discarded his monster to the grave. ”I activate Instant Neo Spaces effect. It allows me to summon an Elemental Neos from my hand, grave or deck.” he said playing the one already in his grave. “I’ll play one card and end my turn.” ”My move draw!” Neb said hoping for a miracle. He glanced at the card, just what he needed. ”This duel is mine! I activate Mystical Space Typhoon, destroying your facedown. Neos finish off his life points!” he said as the monster moved to attack Reborn and an explosion happened his opponents life point falling to 0. Neb let out a sigh. ”That was a fun duel, we should do it again sometime.” he said as the crowd started to thin now that the duel was done. What's Right WHEN YOUR CLOUDING UP MY MIND? Kitsune stood deep within the crowd of onlookers as they watched the duel before them. Her amber-coloured eyes sparkled brightly in admiration as she watched, wishing with all her heart that it was herself on the other end of the duel disk, her monsters that roamed the field. She gasped, booed, and cheered along with the crowd as the duel progressed, and it was much like she was watching some sort of epic theatre show. Duels such as this were expected within the city, especially with the new Duel Academy term starting up, but this one had draw quite a lot of attention for whatever reason.
Stood in the very heart of the large crowd, Kitsune would have usually blended in quite well. The young girl may have even gone somewhat unnoticed by the others, if it wasnt for the fact that she was screaming at the top of her lungs when ever move within the duel was made. Mia-chan shrieked and squealed and cheered so loud in fact, that people were now turning away from duel itself to stare at her. Kitsune however did not notice the attention she was drawing to herself, and if she did mind it then she certainly didnt act like she was not used to being in the spotlight.
She stood out even more so, due to her outfit. The energetic and crazed duel monsters fangirl was in fact currently cosplaying as her favourite spellcaster, the Magician's Valkyria. The outfit itself was somewhat similar to that of a Dark Magician Girl costume, and Kitsune was sure that more than a quarter of the people looking at her now would assume that's who she was dressed as. There were key differences however, and even if only she coud tell the differnce, then thats all that mattered to her, since she had spent the better part of last month working on the costume to add to her collection.
Clutching a hand to her heart, or rather, where she assumed her heart would be if it wasnt for all the layers in the way, Kitsune wished and willed and prayed with all her mght that one day, maybe soon, it would be her behind that duel disk... holding the cards in her own hands and actually usuing them as opposed to just collecting them. But alas, her stuck and snobbish parents had already made it clear that her Duel Monsters obsession was not welcome in their pretty little house. Parents! pah! them and their silly rules! she grumbled internally to herself, knowing full well that it didnt matter. Kitsune always disobeyed her parents, regardless of what the rule was, but this one was indefinite. They couldnt take dueling away from her in a million years!
When the crowd began to leave and disperse, and the gathering onlookers slowly faded away, little Kitty stayed put, hoping to catch a glimpse of the winner face to face...

Neb watched as the crowd slowly dispersed. There wasn’t much left of it. Sure there were a few here and there. Most congratulating, offering advice where he could improve. Things like that, but he didn’t mind, he gave them all a smile and a nod responding when needed trying to be funny at times, but overall he just wanted to leave. He dueled because it was fun, not to make a big scene out of the entire thing. He silently looked back at the place his opponent had been. He was long since gone it seemed. Shame. He sorta wished he was as well, but it seemed he would have no such luck. After a few more minutes the crowd was all, but gone all save one. He quickly took a look around the area looking for her parents. Surely they would be here in a few minutes. He took a minute of two to put up his duel disk and it’s deck back in its holder. Didn’t want any to get bent. He turned his attention back to her after that and slipped it back onto his back. He silently made a note to get a satchel later. He took one last look around the area. No one had even made an attempt to get closer to her. He was wearing his normal clothes since he was off campus. A white jacket with a blue shirt on the inside and jeans. He sighed and walked over to her. ”Hey, are you lost?” he asked. Tag: Kitsune Song: ”If Today Was Your Last Day” by Nickelback Key: Thoughts; ”Dialouge”
