Biography:
Peoria’s past is rather unknown, but the barest facts about him are that he a dual spirit. He has helped a many of people as he wonders though the word. He often would also play jokes on people. But what he loves to do is play games. You can name a game and he’s an master at it for the most part. he loves to pick a fight or rather a game with a person. because of his powers he can make it so that the games one plays comes to life. Like the time he beat Cassey at chess, he remembers that game fondly, it was her move and he was one move away from checkmating her king,
Come little girl, its got to be tough knowing that you not going to keep that title of never losing. Though I must say, you done well. But not well enough.
Peoria smiled and then floated over over his kingly square. He smiled as he was in his marshmallow form. it was then that Cassey spoke from her place on the giant chess board on the white square.
Well, you put up a battle, but due to my foresight and cunning!~
She then moved her piece over one square and then Peoria stood up and shouted,
My Queen! Move now!
Cassesy blinked, she had forgotten the rook and then she fell onto her knees in defeat as a chess king should.
How?
Peoria smiled, and then spoke.
It’s simple really, it was a beginner move that you just pulled. And since you lost! I now know what to do with you. But this is what happens when you play with the master of games.
He then caused the world around to vanish to show her world again and then he turned to leave her with the prize she had fought for. Her disobedient brother who read too much and chanced meet Peoria and play acted with him and then wished himself away when he got mad his sister for making him clean his room.
Peoria remembered this and was often sadden by the fact most of his games he always won, but then again it was life, but he wondered if he would find someone to hang out with for a few ages or so. But then again an age or two would be about 10 – 40 years long. He wasn’t one to stay long. He smiled to himself and then rolled up into a ball and closed his eyes. It wasn’t his fault that he was whitish marshmallow in a ball shape and in the middle of a park. It was unknown if he just didn’t know any better or if he did it was because he wanted to be a game of ball later. That was rather unknown about the dual spirit card in question as he fell asleep.
Other:
~Powers~
Games, he knows all the rules to all the games known to mankind.
Molecular Manipulation, Ability to mentally manipulate the molecules of objects and/or one's self on a molecular level. On a DNA level for himself, and he can copy other people’s shapes and create his own. He likes to make his own shapes so unless he finds the other people shapes funny or endearing hes not going to copy people shapes. Though he enjoys the mokey mokey shape he stole.
Reality Warping of Games, is able to make the game an reality. he uses this to make the game they play real. he can not do anything to his deck and side or other people's decks and side of the games that he plays. It would take away from his powers if he that.
Transvection, Bodily levitation or flying.
Wings, a small pair that on a level they are, they do nothing.
teleportation of it's card, Materialization, disappearance, or teleportation of an object. Like if had to take his card from someone's hand or a place that he cant let it stay around and put it in his deck; otherwise its not going to be used at all. but once he finds a person that he wants to hand around with, this power is vanishing. because he wouldn't touch the card then. this power is all about the his card and his connection to it.

Reality Warping, Ability to change or manipulate reality itself. he uses this to make the game they play real. As it stands I'm uncomfortable letting this go with the wording of it. Seeing as he could just as easily use it to draw what he needs in a duel for example. Could you please consider rewording it? Creation, ability to create substance and matter from one’s mind. Creating organic or inorganic objects without need of raw materials. Providing detailed schematics of a desired creation mentally. This ability can create limitless amount of anything that the user can imagine. This ability defies the law that matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed. I'm sorry, but I need to ask you to remove this one entirely. It's a bit extreme. Apportation, Materialization, disappearance, or teleportation of an object. I need you to explain this one more if you could please.

It would take away from his powers if he that. I'm still uncomfortable with the first sentence of this as well. Prehaps change it to something like 'He is able to make the game a reality.' Again just so he doesn't use this in the wrong way, because as it is, it's just a bad as Creation. Apportation, Materialization, disappearance, or teleportation of an object. Could you please change your first sentence to "Materialization disappearance, or teleportation of it's card." This is just so it doesn't come across that he could do something like Yubel and suddenly transport the whole island to another dimension.

Thanks for the edits. Sorry for the difficulties. There is one last thing I would like to add. The title "Master of Games" is a self proclaimed title. Having it not be that is too similar to "King of Games." I don't want to bring that title here as it could cause some very real spats between members.
APPROVED!
