this card can only be Special Summoned by having 7 or more banished in your opponent's banished. Times the number of your banished card(s) x 200 for the atk and def of this card. when this card leaves the field it is banished instead of going to the graveyard.

There are a few things I would to point out about this card.

1. Can it be summoned when your opponent has exactly 10 Banished cards? Or is it 10 or more? The difference being for the first say your opponent has 11 Banished monsters. You wouldn't be able to summon cause they have one more.

2. It's quite unusual for a monster to be summoned from conditions on the opponents side of the field.

3. Thats quite a few monsters for it to be summoned. You sure you want that many?
